Description

The services involve the elaboration of the forestry plan, a product of the development activity with technical and organizational content, based on ecological grounds, which establishes, for a period of time, the necessary works to be executed in a production unit, in order to bring and, subsequently, to maintain the structural characteristics of the stands and of the forest as a whole to the values related to the optimal structural model defined in accordance with the ecological, social and economic objectives pursued by the sustainable management. Pursuant to Article 63(11) of Law No 331/2024 on the Forestry Code, as amended, it is necessary to draw up forestry plans by means of public procurement procedures. State-owned forest management is the primary obligation of forest managers. The management of State-owned forests is governed by forest management plans. Forestry plans and amendments thereto shall be approved by order of the head of the Authority. In the case of state-owned public land, the plans provide data and information necessary to register/update them in the centralized inventory of state-owned public property and to register them in the integrated system of cadastre and land registry. Clarifications on the tender documentation may be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders, as follows: no later than the 18th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders in the contract notice. The Contracting Authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications as follows: no later than the 10th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders in the contract notice. NOTE: The contracting authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarifications/additional information that have not been addressed within the set deadline.
