Description

The public procurement procedure includes delivery, commissioning, training of staff for work and warranty servicing of medical equipment for the diagnostic and treatment activities of Kotz-Shumen EOOD. The contract was divided into 3 (three) lots as follows: Lot 1: "Delivery of a modern gamma probe system for radio-navigated surgery"; Lot 2: "Delivery of a Videolaringoscope for Difficult Intubation"; Lot 3: "Delivery of Electrocardiographic apparatus, 12-channel, automatic, together with a trolley for the apparatus". The tenderers are entitled to submit tenders ONLY for lot 1. Lots Nos 2 and 3, on the basis of Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act, are awarded in accordance with their respective individual value. The procedure for awarding the individual value of Lots 2 and 3 is in accordance with Article 20(4)(3) of the Public Procurement Act – by direct award. At the time of publication of the contract, Lots 2 and 3 were awarded. In such cases, irrespective of the residual value of the contract, it shall be awarded in the order applicable to the total value of the entire contract excluding VAT. The total estimated value of the entire public procurement excluding VAT is BGN 49 602.50 (forty-nine thousand six hundred and two leva and fifty stotinki) / EUR 25 361.36 (twenty-five thousand three hundred sixty-six cents and one euro and thirty-six cents)/. The maximum estimated value of this public contract is BGN 40 000.00 (forty thousand) /20 451.68 (twenty thousand four hundred and fifty-one euro and sixty-eight eurocents) / VAT excluded. It represents the residual value of the contract, including only the value of the apparatus under Lot 1. The technical parameters, characteristics and equipment of the medical devices under Lot 1 are described in detail in the Technical Specification – Annex 1, an integral part of the documentation for this public procurement procedure.
