Supply of natural aggregates crushed by quarry from petrographic point of view from dolomitic limestone, necessary for the production of asphalt mixtures (including transport station asphalt mixtures Cuza Voda locality) as follows: The value of the largest subsequent contract, RON 947.250,00 excluding VAT, for the following quantities of products: limestone crushing sand 0/ 4 mm – 6,625 tonnes, limestone criblura 4/ 8 mm – 6,300 tonnes, limestone criblura 8/ 16 mm – 6,325 tonnes, limestone criblura 16/ 22.4 mm – 500 tonnes. Estimated value framework agreement: RON 3 789 000,00 excluding VAT, for the following quantities of products: Limestone crushing sand 0/ 4 mm - 26,500 tons; Criblura limestone 4 / 8 mm - 25,200 tons; Criblura limestone 8/ 16 mm - 25,300 tons; Criblura limestone 16 / 22.4 mm - 2,000 tons. Following the procurement procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded with a single economic operator, the duration of 18 (eighteen) months. During the period of the framework agreement, 4 (four) follow-up contracts with a duration of 4.5 months (135 days) will be concluded, the follow-up contracts will be awarded without reopening the competition, the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional information at 11 days from the deadline for submission of tenders.
