Description

1. The subject of the contract is the execution of a technical and classification project and the delivery of a vessel – a dredger, in order to carry out the task entitled: ‘Purchase of a dredger for the maintenance of the access tracks to Świnoujście and Świnoujście – Szczecin’. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is indicated in Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ and it is the Technical Description provided by the Ordering Party. 3. The subject-matter of the contract shall include in particular: a) Execution of the technical and classification design of the subject of Delivery, b) Execution, equipment and delivery of the subject of Delivery to the port of Świnoujście, c) Removal of defects and defects of the subject of Delivery. 4. The implementation of the subject of the contract will consist of the following stages (phases): a) PHASE I – implementation and execution (based on the Description of the Subject of Delivery) of technical studies concerning the subject of the Delivery (drawings, calculations, descriptions, lists of technical data concerning individual parameters, templates, mock-ups, etc.), including details of devices and installations, elements of equipment of the Subject of Delivery and in accordance with the Agreement. b) PHASE II – execution and delivery of the Subject of Delivery together with all documents confirming the possibility of unconditional entitlement of the Ordering Party to use the Subject of Delivery in accordance with its purpose and the requirements of the Ordering Party resulting in particular from the Description of the Subject of Delivery together with training for the Ordering Party's staff in accordance with the Agreement. c) PHASE III – removal of defects and defects of the Subject of Delivery during the warranty period and quality guarantees and in accordance with the Agreement.
