Description

Este expediente tiene por objeto la contratación del servicio de vigilancia integral y control de accesos en las instalaciones portuarias que, dependientes de la Entidad Pública Empresarial Portos de Galicia, están sujetas a la aplicación del código internacional para la protección de los buques y de las instalaciones portuarias frente a la amenaza de sucesos o actos ilícitos deliberados que afecten a la protección marítima, junto con el suministro y mantenimiento de los equipos necesarios para llevar a cabo esta tarea, según las prestaciones recogidas en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas Particulares (en adelante, PPTP), de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 116 de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Publico (en adelante, LCSP).
