Description

As part of the renewal of the Winterhuder bridges, the following works are to be carried out as general contractor services:
Lot I: A(088) BBA Barmbek subway.
— Dismantling of existing superstructure, approx. 30 tonnes of steel, including pavement consoles and railings,
— Factory manufacturing of a new section overlay as a welded steel structure with screwed mounting bolts.
Open track compartment, approx. 38 t.
— Transport and assembly of the new superstructure in cuts, overall length approx. 28 m, overall width approx. 5.5 m,
— Manufacture and assembly of the new railings,
— Manufacture and assembly of bearings,
— Anti-corrosion works at the superstructure, railings, bearings, etc.
Lot II: A(090) Subtour of Saarlandstraße.
— Dismantling of the existing 8 superstructures, each approx. 30 t of steel (total approx. 240 tonnes), including pavement consoles and railings,
— Factory manufacturing of 4 new superstructures with support consoles as welded steel structure, trough bridge, pavement consoles, each approx. 95 t (total approx. 380 t),
— Transport and assembly of the new railings,
— Manufacture and assembly of bearings and road crossings,
— Protection against corrosion in the factory for superstructures, pavement consoles, railings, bearings, road crossings, etc.
Lot III: A(101) Sierichstraße subway.
— Dismantling of the existing 2 superstructures and steel posts, each approx. 55 tonnes of steel (total approx. 110 tonnes), including pavements and railings,
— Factory manufacturing of 2 new superstructures as welded steel structure, trough bridge, pavement consoles, each approx. 70 t (total approx. 140 t),
— Transport and installation of the new superstructures, length approx. 28 m, width approx. 4.5 m,
— Manufacture and assembly of the new railings,
— Manufacture and assembly of bearings and road crossings,
— Protection against corrosion in the factory for superstructures, pavement consoles, railings, bearings, road crossings, etc.
