Description

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a medium combat car with a cutting and extinguishing device for the High TSO. 2. The order is carried out as part of the project entitled: “Purchase of a medium combat car with a cutting and extinguishing device for the High TSO” co-financed under the European Funds for Wielkopolska 2021-2027 Programme, Priority 2: European funds for green Wielkopolska; Action 02.05 Increasing resilience to climate change and natural disasters. 3. The subject of the contract includes the delivery of a medium combat car with a cutting and extinguishing device. 4. The description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 3 to the SWZ. 5. In order to confirm that the offered delivery meets the requirements set out by the Ordering Party in Annex 3 to the SWZ, the Ordering Party requests that the following means of proof be submitted together with the offer: Form of the combat vehicle offered – Annex 4 to the SWZ. If the Contractor has not submitted the measure of inquiry in question or the measure of inquiry in question is incomplete, the Contracting Authority shall call for it to be submitted or supplemented within the prescribed period. 6. The requirements relating to the subject-matter of the contract set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract are minimum requirements. The Ordering Party allows to offer the subject of the contract with better parameters. 7. If the documents describing the subject of the contract contain the names of the producers, they are used to determine the desired standard of contract performance. The contractor may offer an equivalent subject-matter of the contract corresponding at least to the parameters of the equipment indicated. 8. The warranty period for the chassis and firefighting equipment – at least 24 months from the date of receipt of the subject of the contract by the Ordering Party (criterion of evaluation of tenders in accordance with point 16 of the SWZ). For additional installation equipment, the warranty period in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty, not less than 12 months, the warranty for the bumper gun : min. 5 years. 9. The delivered combat vehicle must be brand new, unused and unexposed at exhibitions or trade fairs, must meet the requirements of the Ordering Party set out in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract must be technically sound, meet the conditions for admission to road traffic, in accordance with the applicable regulations, complete and ready to work. The delivered combat vehicle must be accompanied by relevant documents/certificates proving compliance with all relevant standards and guidelines, which the above-mentioned subject of the contract should meet before it is released for use, as well as warranty cards, instructions for use in Polish, if applicable. 10. The subject of the contract will be collected by the Ordering Party from the seat of the Contractor. 11. The Contractor shall assume full responsibility for any infringement of the law and any damage that may occur in connection with the performance of the contract. 12. The contracting authority does not specify the requirements referred to in Article 95 of the Public Procurement Act. 13. The contracting authority shall not allow partial tenders to be submitted. Reasons for not dividing the contract into lots: Splitting the contract would risk excessive technical difficulties and excessive costs for the performance of the contract, and the need to coordinate the activities of the different contractors performing the different lots could seriously jeopardise the proper performance of the contract. 14. The contracting authority shall not allow variants to be submitted. 15. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Art. 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Act. 16.
