Description

Truck repair services in Vilnius and repair services of light vehicles in Kaunas with spare parts and consumables necessary to perform the services. The requirements for the subject-matter of the contract, time limits for performance, quantities (volumes), location, etc. are set out in Annex 1 ‘Technical specification’ and Annex 3 ‘Draft contract for Lots I and II’ to this call for tenders. The object of the procurement shall be divided into two parts of the object of the procurement. Lot I-a – Truck repair services in Vilnius. The maximum value of the contract is EUR 300.00 excluding VAT. The term of the contract is 12 (twelve) months with the possibility of two extensions of 12 months each. If, one month before the expiry of the period of 12 (twelve) months, neither Party has notified the other of its refusal to renew the Agreement, the Agreement shall be automatically renewed for a further period of 12 (twelve) months. The total term of the Agreement for the provision of the Services, taking into account all possible extensions of the Agreement, may not exceed 36 (thirty-six) months from the date of entry into force of the Agreement, and the term of the Agreement, taking into account all possible extensions of the Agreement and the estimated term of settlement under the Agreement, may not exceed 37 (thirty-seven) months from the date of entry into force of the Agreement. Lot II – Repair services of light-duty vehicles in Kaunas. The maximum value of the contract is EUR 300.00 excluding VAT.
