Description

The municipality of Emmerthal is planning a new fire station in the district of Esperde. The fire brigades with basic equipment Esperde and Brockensen, from the municipality of Emmerthal, are to receive a joint new building of a fire brigade equipment building in order to comply with the prescribed guidelines and to maintain the ongoing operation of a fire brigade, with the performance of all its tasks. Due to the local and personnel events, the Esperde and Brockensen fire brigades will receive a joint fire station. The NUF is about 650 m ². The municipality of Emmerthal reserves the option of gradually commissioning further, essentially similar fire brigade buildings at up to a maximum of three other locations. The other fire brigades are to be built essentially identically. The follow-up projects should essentially correspond to the functional, technical and design concept of the reference project "Feuerwehr Esperde". The room programme as well as the scope of these options remains identical to the room programme and the scope of the main contract. Only minor site-related adjustments are to be expected, in particular with regard to development, media connections and outdoor facilities.
