Description

DIN Forsyning A/S and its subsidiaries operate a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as DIS) for the purchase of vehicles. The purpose of establishing the DIS is to give applicants the opportunity to be pre-qualified and thus have the opportunity to submit a tender when the contracting authority is to acquire vehicles. The tender is conducted as a restricted tender pursuant to the Public Procurement Act, Act No 10 of 6 January 2023, which means that all applicants who obtain pre-qualification are admitted as suppliers to the DIS. The contracting authority expects to acquire electric vehicles primarily to the extent that the driving needs in the contracting authority's supply area can be met. Therefore, applicants can expect that the procurement of electric vehicles will constitute the main activity of the DIS. If the contracting authority cannot cover its driving needs with electric vehicles, the procurement may alternatively include, for example, fossil and/or hybrid vehicles, etc. DIS concerns the purchase and delivery of vehicles within passenger cars, smaller vans, larger vans and smaller trucks.
