Description

The subject of performance is, in particular, the support and maintenance of: • network infrastructures, i.e. active and passive elements, including the replacement of approximately 25 single-storey switches • Unify OpenScape Business X8 PBX and terminal devices connected to this PBX; • firewall of FortiGate 500E systems in the data centers of the Client and in the server infrastructure; • virtual load balancers F5 • WiFi networks • internal network segmentation including the implementation of 2 pieces of internal firewalls • presence of the supplier's technician in the headquarters of the Ministry of the Interior1 (Monday to Friday) • the presence of a technician at the workplace of the MČP1 on working days Mon-Fri from 8.00 to 12.00, during other working hours the technician is on standby with a time of arrival at the place of performance no later than 60 minutes after reporting the request. If necessary and agreed by the contracting parties, the presence of the technician will be possible in the next hours, • monitoring of active elements using the system of the Contracting Authority, • maintenance of operational documentation.
