2M-IT Oy is preparing a procurement from Telecommunications Expert Services for the technologies/sub-areas specified below. The technologies and areas may still change and be specified in the actual contract notice and call for tenders. - Aruba - Fortinet - Juniper - Nokia - Palo Alto - Citrix - General Telecommunications Architecture Expert services are intended to be divided into the following roles by sub-area: Competence level 1: is capable of planning and demanding expert work: Design, configuration, testing and maintenance. Design and implementation of a new system or solution that will be implemented in an existing and documented environment. Level 2: is capable of demanding planning and consulting: Demanding design, architecture and specialist work. Design work for a new or regenerating environment where there is no existing comprehensive documentation. Consultation requiring special expertise. Based on the tendering procedure, the aim is to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement in accordance with Section 42 of the Procurement Act. More than one (1) supplier is planned to be selected for the sub-areas. The framework agreements are concluded as open-ended agreements between 2M-IT Oy and the two suppliers selected for the framework agreement. The duration of a framework agreement shall not exceed four (4) years. The estimated total value of the framework agreement, exclusive of VAT, is between EUR 2 000 000 and EUR 2 500 000. Contracts for the professional services to be procured typically last between 1 and 5 person-days. The aim is to publish the contract notice and the call for tenders in autumn 2025. According to the preliminary plan, the procurement will be carried out through an open procurement procedure. The target starting date for the framework agreement is by the end of 2025.
