Description

The subject-matter of the public contract is the preparation of project documentation for the permit of the project, including the provision of engineering activities for the issuance of the permit of the project, the preparation of project documentation for the implementation of the project, including a list of works, supplies and services with a statement of area (detailed items) and the awarded list of works, as well as the supervision of the designer during the implementation of the construction ‘Construction work on F. A. Gerstner Street’. This will include, among other things, the provision of all necessary input materials, e.g. geodetic surveying, analysis of asphalt layers and excavation soil, IG assessment including HPV data and processing and discussion of DIO for construction implementation. The Contractor shall discuss the project documentation with all relevant state and local authorities. It is planned to replace the water supply and sewerage system and to reconstruct the road, pavements and public lighting. Part of the contract will be cooperation with the contracting authority in the evaluation of the tender for its own contractor. The contractor will provide assistance in the preparation of tender documentation and the assessment and evaluation of tenders. The Contractor shall prepare responses to requests for clarification of the project documentation for the execution of the construction, always within 3 working days from the date on which the request for additional information is forwarded to him by the Client.
