Description

2. The following categories of maintenance and restoration work are included for the painting decoration of the Catholic of the Monastery, the stone of architectural members of the code station, the terphography of the external staircase and the maintenance of all the semesters of the secondary school, which the tenderer is required to carry out in total:
(a) Category 1: Mounting a substrate of the monastery mural, with a total area of approximately 130 m², within ± 10 %.
(b) Category 2: Fixing a painting layer of the monastery’s mural paintings, with a total surface area of approximately 130 m², within ± 10 %
(c) Category 3: Sealing cracks of the monastery’s mural paintings, with a total area of approximately 630 m, within ± 10 %.
(D) Category 4: Colour restoration of monastery mural paintings, with a total surface area of approximately 630 m², within ± 10 %
(e) Category 5: Cleaning of a painting surface of the Monastery’s mural paintings, with a total surface area of approximately 630 m², within ± 10 %
(g) Category 6: Wrecking, Cleaning of paintings, Cleaning of paintings, painting restoration and repositioning
(h) Category 7: Maintenance and restoration of marble elements and sculpture decoration of the Monastery with a total area of approximately 140 m² with a deviation of ± 10 %
(I) Category 8: Maintenance of all portable receptors that will be exposed to the exhibition area of the Pentella IU.
