Description

Public transport services under a route-based concession in the Southwestern Pirkanmaa region. For the purposes of this call for tenders, a route-based concession contract means a concession contract in accordance with the Service Contracts Regulation (1370/2007) and the Act on Transport Services (320/2017), which is drawn up for the purpose of managing scheduled public transport services planned by the subscriber. The content of the concession is defined in the attached document ‘General terms and conditions of the route-based concession’. Transport under this Agreement shall be granted an exclusive right under the Services Contracts Regulation in exchange for the discharge of public service obligations by means of a separate administrative decision. The exclusive right is granted taking into account other existing traffic.
