Description

The subject of the contract are: SUPPLY OF DRIVE OIL AND 95 LEAD-FREE BENZYNA FOR THE PUBLIC COMMUNICATION ESTABLISHMENT OF THE COMPANY OF O.O. IN REGULAR. The expected demand for diesel oil in the period covered by the contract is about 1849 m3 (i.e. approx. 1,849,000 liters, on average in a month approx. 154.083 litres). The offered diesel fuel must meet the requirements contained in the PN-EN 590:2026-01 standard or (equivalent standard) and in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item. 1018). In the event of a change in regulations or standards, the fuel offered must comply with the changed regulations and standards. Deliveries of diesel, summer, transitional and winter oil after the order has been placed by the contracting authority within the periods provided for and in the Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1018). Minimum volume of one-off delivery – 18 m3 (18.000 litres of diesel). The expected demand for unleaded petrol 95 in the period covered by the contract is about 816 m3 (i.e. approx. 816.000 liters, on average in a month approx. 68,000 litres). The offered unleaded petrol 95 must meet the requirements contained in the PN-EN 228:2026-01 standard or (equivalent standard) and in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item. 1018). In the event of a change in regulations or standards, the fuel offered must comply with the changed regulations and standards. Minimum volume of one-off delivery – 5 m3 (5.000 litres of unleaded 95 petrol).
