Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa organizacja wyjazdu dla przedstawicieli małopolskich przedsiębiorców na Targi Wietnam Expo 2026 w Hanoi, które odbywają się w terminie 08-11 kwietnia 2025 r. w ramach projektu „GoExport Małopolska”. Zamówienie obejmuje wykonanie całej usługi, w tym przygotowanie, nadzór i koordynację wyjazdu, organizację transportu lotniczego, organizację transportu osób w miejscu targów, wyżywienie uczestników, organizację zakwaterowania wszystkich uczestników targów wraz ze śniadaniem, ubezpieczenie, organizację warsztatów, usługi tłumaczeniowe zgodnie z Opisem Przedmiotu Zamówienia – załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. UWAGA! W przypadku zmiany terminu Targów lub ich odwołania w formule tradycyjnej, a także gdy sytuacja polityczna lub epidemiczna w kraju lub w kraju/mieście targów to uniemożliwia, Zamawiający będzie posiadał uprawnienie do unieważnienia postępowania na podstawie art. 255 pkt 5) uPzp lub odstąpienia od umowy na podstawie art. 456 ust. 1 pkt 1 uPzp. Szczegółowe określenie przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia” (OPZ), stanowiący załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
