Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the production of design documentation for the construction of the link between ul. T. Chałubiński, ul. Tarnogórska, together with the preparation of the application for a decision authorising the road project in question.
I. The scope of the contract covers the performance of:
1. Construction projects.
2. Industrial implementing projects, including the reconstruction or safeguarding of foreign devices that interfere with the execution of the task, and the plans of the BIOZ.
3. Preparation of complete applications for road investment permits to the competent authority, together with obtaining the necessary decisions and agreements (e.g. obtaining the conditions for rebuilding or securing the land weapons network and agreeing with the owners of these networks, an opinion on the location of the planned land weapon networks, etc.).
4. Design documentation for the notification of construction works for the reconstruction of the intersection of ul. Tarnogórska, ul. 04KDL.
5. Geodetic and legal documentation needed to obtain the right to dispose of real estate for construction purposes, including but not limited to: obtaining the consent of real estate owners to temporarily occupy the land necessary for the implementation of the investment and carrying out projects for the geodetic division of real estate to an application for a decision authorising the implementation of the road investment project.
6. Traffic analysis.
7. Permanent traffic organisation projects.
8. A request for a derogation from the technical conditions.
9. The design of the teletechnical sewerage system.
10. An inventory of existing greenery and a felling plan and green management projects.
11. Geotechnical studies – establishment of geotechnical conditions for the performance of construction works.
12. Bills of measurement, indicating the number of units of pre-measurements, with a breakdown per sector.
13. Investor cost estimates.
14. Detailed Technical Specifications for the Implementation and Receipt of Works.
