Description

Le mandat concerne le contrôle annuel des comptes de l’Institution genevoise de maintien à domicile (K 1 07, LIMAD - ci-après IMAD) en application des principes comptables en vigueur. Il concerne également le contrôle de l’efficacité du système de contrôle interne. Conformément à l’article 40 alinéa 2 lettre i de la loi sur l’organisation des institutions de droit public (A 2 24, LOIDP) concernant les établissements publics principaux dont l’IMAD fait partie, le Conseil d’administration « désigne, sous réserve de ratification du Conseil d’Etat, l'organe de révision, établit des directives à son intention, définit son cahier des charges et se prononce sur son rapport annuel ».
