Description

The Child Protection Service in Askøy municipality needs services from private tenderers to carry out different assignments in accordance with the Child Protection Services Act. This competition is divided into 3 sub-contracts, inspections, environmental work and respite care. The procurement shall cover the need for services/initiatives beyond self-management. The assignments will mainly take place in Askøy municipality or in the surrounding municipalities. Tenderers shall provide services for children who have been or are prone to welfare failures. The reason for the neglect can often be related to mental disorders, substance abuse or violence. The children in question can show expressions such as anger/aggression, but also in the form of different relationship and communication difficulties. The work can be connected to children living at home, children who have been moved to foster care and children (over 18 years old) who shall establish themselves as independent adults.
