Description

Lot 1. Preservation and maintenance of municipally owned buildings, including the elevators associated with them, as well as mechanical ramps and urban elevators with their corresponding buildings. It includes the possibility of preparing proposals and measures to improve energy efficiency and the environment for the optimization of energy-consuming installations and the execution of saving measures.
Lot 2 Conservation and maintenance of various municipal housing, owned by the City Council rented, or rehabilitated. The ADJUDICARIAT must attend to the repair of breakdowns or the performance of small rehabilitation works that may be entrusted to it within the period indicated for this purpose, in each notice, by the Municipal Building Service. This lot is reserved for special Employment Centers of social initiative or Insertion Companies.
