1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest najem 7 lokomotyw elektrycznych wraz ze świadczeniem usług utrzymania. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia podzielony jest na trzy odrębne części. 3. Postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego na podstawie ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. – Prawo zamówień publicznych, zwanej dalej „ustawą Pzp”.
