Description

The purpose of this contract is to entrust a service provider with the servicing and maintenance of electrical installations for SODIAC’s real estate operations. The objectives of the service provider will be:
— the operation of the installation,
— monitoring of the installation,
— adjustment of the installation,
preventive maintenance,
corrective maintenance (minor maintenance),
— maintaining safety and compliance,
— assistance to the regulatory body,
— assistance to the operator and advice,
— monitoring of the release of reserves and contractual guarantees (in the case of new installations),
— technical assistance of the contracting authority in insurance procedures,
— annual thermography of installations,
— systematic relaying,
— all the services necessary for the operation and durability of the equipment.
