Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the winter maintenance of urban roads in Nowy Targ
between 15.12.2016 and 30.4.2018 (main subject of CPV 90620000-9 snow services, additional object CPV 90630000-2 ice removal service).
2. Winter road maintenance involves carrying out activities aimed at ensuring passageability and reducing traffic fluidity caused by weather phenomena such as snow, snow rain, dying marshes or winter slippery carriageways. The maintenance of winter roads includes in particular:
1/preparation of materials and equipment,
2/removal of snow, ice from carriageway, snow mud and others,
3/removal of slipperiness, i.e. prevention and elimination of winter slippery by the use of dry and chemical materials, especially at ramps and crossings,
4/extraction of snow from the streets if necessary due to excessive rainfall preventing effective action.
