Description

The purpose of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of up to 31 pieces of urban low-floor trolleybuses for the operation of public transport in Hradec Králové and the conclusion of a service contract for the provision of warranty and post-warranty service and the supply of spare parts. The Framework Agreement will be concluded with effect until 31. 12. 2028, with one selected supplier. The subject of the Framework Agreement is the regulation of mutual rights and obligations with regard to the award of sectoral public contracts on the basis of the Framework Agreement. When concluding the Implementation Contracts, the procedure will be followed in accordance with the rules for concluding the Implementation Contracts under Article 4 of the Framework Agreement. The individual public contracts awarded under the concluded Framework Agreement will cover the supply of up to 31 low-floor urban trolleybuses (hereinafter also referred to as ‘vehicle’ or ‘trolleybus’), with a maximum of 18 standard trolleybuses with auxiliary battery powered two axles (12 m) and 13 articulated trolleybuses with auxiliary battery powered three axles (18 m).
