L'accord cadre est conclu pour 48 mois maximum; Le marché est un accord-cadre mono attributaire à bons de commande au sens des articles R2162-1 à R2162-6 et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du code de la commande publique conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 100 000 euro(s) H.T pour la durée du marché. Il est passé sur bordereau de prix forfaitaire et unitaires fermes. le marché débute à la réception du 1er bon de commande et prend fin à l'admission des prestations lors du bilan de fin de mission. l'accord cadre prendra fin avant les 48 mois si les travaux sont terminés. Les axes forfaitaires s'étendent sur une durée prévisionnelle de 26 mois . En cas de retard dans l'exécution des travaux de réhabilitation, la durée des missions pourra être prolongée. Les missions sont : Axes forfaitaires : intermédiation et actions collectives. Axe unitaire : accompagnement social individuel, remise en vie du logement, aide au déplacement de meubles/ mise en cartons, aide à la désinsectisation, hébergement de courte durée
