Predmet nabave su telekomunikacijske usluge, kako slijedi: • Govorne usluge u nepokretnoj mreži (telefonski priključci iz javne nepokretne TK mreže i popratne usluge, IP telefonija, usluge pbx pristupa, SIP trunkovi) • Usluge prijenosa podataka i pristupa internetu (usluga stalnog pristupa internetu, IPTV, usluga xdsl pristupa internetu, usluga dsl pristupa u ip vpn, popratne usluge)  Podatkovne usluge (usluge IP Ethernet povezivanja, mjesni, međumjesni, međužupanijski te popratne usluge) • Usluga zakupa i uporaba telekomunikacijskih vodova o analogni telekomunikacijski vod (2-žični, 4-žični, mjesni, međumjesni, međužupanijski) o digitalni telekomunikacijski vod (2 Mbit/s, mjesni, međumjesni, međužupanijski) Sve usluge koje gospodarski subjekt nudi i oprema koja se ugrađuje trebaju biti definirane, uspostavljene odnosno isporučene u skladu s važećim propisima koji uređuju područje predmeta nabave koje u Republici Hrvatskoj i u skladu sa svim Direktivama i preporukama Europske Komisije, Međunarodne telekomunikacijske unije (ITU) i Europskog Instituta za standarde u telekomunikacijama (ETSI).
