Description

The object of the contract is the comprehensive maintenance at all risks of the lifting devices (lifts, hydraulic platforms, forklifts, mini-loads and stairlifts), existing in the buildings of the Diputación de León and the Instituto Leonés de Cultura. The service contract shall cover all the services and activities provided for and defined in the Specific Technical Specifications. Special Qualification: Tendering undertakings shall be legally established as “Conservation undertakings for lifts”, as referred to in Article 6 in accordance with the requirements of Royal Decree 355/2024 of 8 February approving the AEM 1 Supplementary Technical Instruction “Lifts” of the Regulation on lifting and handling equipment, approved by Royal Decree 2291/1985 of 8 November 1985. They must be entered as such in the register corresponding to the closing date of the tendering period. • Statistical Classification of Products by CNAE Activities: - CNAE CODE: 2822 MANUFACTURE OF ELEVATION AND MANIPULATION MACHINERY. - CNAE CODE: 3319 REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF OTHER EQUIPMENT. It is planned to divide the contract into FOUR LOTS, distributed according to the geographical locations of the teams to be maintained and better use of the resources available to the contract. They would be as follows: Lot 1 E.I. SAN ISIDRO CUEVA VALPORQUERO Lot 2 PALACIO PROVINCIAL BUILDING TORREON COMPLEJO SAN CAYETANO CENTRO SAGRADO CORAZON RESIDENCIA SANTA LUISA Lot 3 COSAMAI DELEGATION OF PONFERRADA E.I. LEITARIEGOS Lot 4 BUILDING FIERRO CENTRO LEONES DE ARTE MUSEO DE LOS PUEBLOS LEONESES Tenderers may submit an independent tender to each of the 4 lots.
