Description

Purchase of price-per-page printing services (including maintenance services, repair interventions, parts and consumables, printing paper) According to the subject matter of the framework agreement/subsequent public procurement contracts, the following will be ensured: - maintenance services, interventions and repairs on printing equipment (printers and multifunctional) of the buyer, at the buyer's location; - parts and consumables for copying/printing equipment of the buyer; - ensuring the toner and A4 printing paper of 80g/sqm, necessary for the copying - listing - scanning activity within the buyer's institution; - providing at least two on-site technicians to perform the above-mentioned services; - handing over the equipment provided for in the specifications. The framework agreement/subsequent contracts shall be reserved for sheltered workshops and economic operators whose aim is the social and professional integration of disabled or disadvantaged persons. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates: 18 days The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 10th day before the deadline for submission of tenders
