Description

Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Dans le cas d'un groupement conjoint, le mandataire de celui-ci doit être solidaire au moment de l'attribution du marché public. Le projet présente des caractéristiques techniques spécifiques (réduction des consommations, choix d'équipements techniques, phasage en site occupé) qui nécessitent une continuité d'exécution. Aussi il est nécessaire que le mandataire du groupement soit solidaire afin d'assurer cette continuité du projet, en cas de défaillance d'un cotraitant
