The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Art. 1 point 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 – ‘Forests Act’) covering work on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting to be carried out in the Chotyłów Forest District in 2026. The material scope of the subject-matter of the contract includes the aggregated quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting resulting from Annex 2 to the FTZ.
