The general objective of this public procurement is to ensure the necessary for the municipality periodic delivery (irregular) of asphalt mixtures (solid mixture) from a warehouse/production base of a supplier, and the contracting authority does not commit to request for delivery the estimated quantities of 8 000 tonnes indicated in the documentation for a period of 24 months. It is an explicit requirement of the contracting authority that the production facility/warehouse of the supplier is open all year round, without interruption during daily working hours, every working day of the year.
