Description

For Günzburg District Hospital, the reconstruction of the Psychiatric Hospital (clinic for psychiatry, psychotherapy, acute geriatric psychosomatics) is planned with 290 beds and 20 places. This is approximately 12 000 m² of useful floor area, which is to be implemented in a new building. The building field available for this purpose is located between the Günzburg district clinic and the diagnostic centre or the neurology clinic.
The construction project may need to be carried out in several stages in order to maintain the day-to-day operation.
The application for advance identification (completion of the preliminary planning) for one of the Bavarian annual hospital building programmes is due to be submitted in the fourth quarter of 2015.
