Houses of real estate in the north of K4, Falkman, Remander, White Salt and Katariinan Street 3, and part of Sederholm’s house renovation for the city museum and, to a small extent, for business use. The project includes the restoration of the white room. Works as main work.

The area is a built-up environment of national importance and is included in the Museum Office’s Ministry of the Environment’s list of cultural historical environments of central importance.
