Description

This procedure is supportive and complementary to the Assignment for Protected Living. For Protected Living, the starting point is to offer support as much as possible in the resident's environment. Having a ‘own home’ and a ‘trusted environment’ are key concepts in this regard. As far as possible (where appropriate and in line with the regional assessment framework), protected living in an intramural facility should be converted into a ‘Protected Home’. Instead of moving vulnerable people to where the support is, support is offered early in the resident's environment. Support from a Safehouse can contribute to this by taking someone temporarily out of their familiar environment and having them repaired at the best fitting place in their journey. For parent-child places, the support is so specific that something else is needed prior to a possible trajectory in the regular Protected Living See tender documents Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
