Description

Elaboration of a proposal for complex land consolidation (KoPÚ) in k. ú. Jedousov and in related parts k. ú. Choltice, Mokošín, Poběžovice u Přelouče, Štěpánov u Přelouče and Tupesy u Přelouče, including the necessary surveying activities in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the cadastral operate and the preparation of documentation for the introduction of the results of the CAO into the cadastre of real estate and the demarcation of the boundaries of new plots. The proposal will serve as a basis for the decision of the branch on the approval of the proposal for complex land consolidation and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights, the determination of the amount of the payment and the deadline pursuant to Section 10(2) of Act No 139/2002, or on the establishment or cancellation of the easement to the land concerned. The estimated area of the area under construction is approximately 271 ha (including a reserve of 2 ha).
