France-Is-sur-Tille: Fire-alarm system installation work
The contract includes, in particular, the following services:
— scoping studies;
— implementation studies;
— supply and installation of main and secondary routes;
— the supply and installation of the various links between the equipment;
— supply, installation and connection of detection heads, manual triggers and action indicators;
— factory revenue;
supply and installation of the fire signalling panel in the bay;
— the supply and installation of the deported terminal;
— the supply, testing and wiring of interfaces vis-à-vis the PLC;
— supply and installation of new servo-control management equipment;
— the development of programmable equipment on its premises, platform tests with CEA technical representatives;
— supply, cabling and testing of links to remote surveillance of the centre;
— putting in place the same supervision for the fire detection and servoming part;
— testing and commissioning of all equipment installed;
— setting up a standby duty on the area (s) put into service until receipt of the area (s) concerned;
— the establishment of the DOE and the SSI file, including the submission of a compliance report for the entire fire detection system;
— complete removal of old equipment;
— training;
— pre-acceptance with the site maintenance company;
— acceptance.
All the services are to be carried out in an individual installation, comprising seven buildings, in the CEA Centre in Valduc.
