Description

The subject of the contract is the renovation of the Karsibór II ferry under the supervision of PRS along with the implementation of a detailed list of works based on Annex 1 and 1.1 to the FTZ. 2. A detailed description of the subject is provided in Annex 1 and 1.1 to the FTZ 3. The order of performance of individual renovation works, the Contractor will agree on an ongoing basis with the person supervising the implementation of the contract on behalf of the Ordering Party. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the applicable regulations, standards and under the conditions specified in the contract. 4. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) codes and names describing the subject of the contract: Main subject-matter of the CPV contract: 50241200-8 - Ferry repair services 5. For the executed subject of the contract, the Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with a quality guarantee and warranty, in the amount declared in the tender offer – not less than 12 months from the date of signing by the Contracting Authority of the delivery and acceptance protocol, in connection with the final acceptance of the subject of the contract 6. Where the description of the subject-matter of the contract refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 1 point 2 and paragraph. 3 of the Act, the Employer allows solutions equivalent to those described, and it should be assumed that such reference is accompanied by the words "or equivalent". An equivalent quality standard shall be understood as one which attests that the service provided meets certain standards or technical specifications or attests that the Contractor’s activities comply with quality standards or attests that the Contractor’s activities comply with equivalent quality standards referring to quality assurance systems based on relevant European standards or attests that equivalent quality assurance measures have been applied by the Contractor, as appropriate.
