The subject of the contract is the provision of an energy service (implementing an energy efficiency project and other related activities) by implementing a measure to improve the energy efficiency of the Public Lighting System of the Municipality of Marija Bistrica, which includes financing, the design period(s), the reconstruction and/or modernisation period(s), the period (etpu) of use, the measurement, monitoring and verification, and ensuring the full correctness of the Energy Efficiency Improvement Measure of the Public Light System in accordance with all the standards and requirements laid down in these procurement documents and all the annexes thereto, the applicable legal and regulatory provisions throughout the duration of the contract and the rules of the profession.
