The subject of the procurement is the financial management and planning system as a whole, the rights to expand and change it, and the services related to the system as a whole. The services related to the system entity are divided into support and maintenance services, additional expert services and a delivery and deployment project. The object of the procurement is acquired for the needs of the contracting entity and its subsidiaries that meet the definition of an in-house entity in the Procurement Act.
