Description

The subject of the contract is the execution in the mode of design and build parts of the investment task entitled: ‘Construction of a geothermal plant in Sochaczew’ comprising: • construction in the building of an inactive heating plant, owned by Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej Sochaczew Sp. z o.o. (PEC) and located in Sochaczew at al. 600th anniversary of 70th anniversary (Official Gazette No 175/9 and 3396/2 Sochaczew East cadastral district), geothermal heating plant equipped with two absorption heat pumps powered by high temperature heat, • execution of technological installations and construction of two geothermal openings, i.e. a mining and absorbent hole Sochaczew GT-1 located at Okrężne Street (Official Gazette No 24/4 cadastral district Sochaczew Centrum) and a geothermal absorbent and extraction hole Sochaczew GT-2 located at Energetyczna Street (Official Gazette No 453/8 Sochaczew East cadastral district). The Sochaczew GT-2 opening is currently under construction, the completion of which is planned for January 2025; • construction of a pre-insulated geothermal water pipeline from the Sochaczew GT-1 borehole to the geothermal heating plant and from the geothermal heating plant to the Sochaczew GT-2 borehole; • construction of a cooled geothermal water discharge pipeline running from the geothermal heating plant to the border of the area where the Sochaczew GT-1 hole is located; • construction of pre-insulated district heating networks connecting the geothermal heating plant with the local currently operated district heating systems of the city with a total length not exceeding 2600m, • construction of a distribution node in the heating plant building at al. 600 years 25, • execution of the heat exchanger node in the heating plant at 23 Żeromskiego Street, based on the comprehensive design documentation prepared by the Contractor and obtained the necessary administrative decisions, permits and arrangements enabling the execution, commissioning and obtaining of relevant occupancy permits. The entire investment project covered by the contract will be located in the city of Sochaczew, Sochaczew district, Mazowieckie province. The idea behind the investment plan is to use renewable thermal energy obtained from geothermal water to power the district heating system, which will reduce the use of fossil fuels and reduce pollutant emissions to the air.
