Description

Die 1963/64 in der Speicherstadt Hamburg errichtete ca. 180 m lange Kaimauer am Kehrwiederplatz (inkl. Gastronomie-Gebäude) ist in die Jahre gekommen bedarf einer Sanierung. Insbesondere wurde in einer vorauslaufenden Gesamtbetrachtung der Ufersicherungen der Speicherstadt aus statisch - konstruktiver Sicht ein Sanierungsbedarf abgeleitet.
Vor dem Hintergrund der erkannten statischen Defizite des Bestandes ist eine Sanierung der Kaimauer erforderlich, die durch eine vorgesetzte Spundwand mit Rückverankerung sowie
einem massiven Kaimauerholm aus Stahlbeton mit einer Vormauerklinkerschale erfolgen soll.
