Description

The central town of St. Ingbert intends to remodel and modernize the listed building (built in 1885), which is vacant as a "cotton spinning mill" for public administration purposes and as well as the Albert Weisserber Museum. In addition, the surrounding outdoor area is to be newly manufactured. For this purpose, as part of the monumental modernization and conversion of the building, the civil engineering and landscaping works described here are necessary for the production of the outdoor plant of the "cotton spinning mill". The following list of services essentially includes: - Earthworks, ditches - Underground improvements, foundations - Construction of new paths, squares, parking lots, roads, ramps - Construction: Production of support walls for site interception, gabions, precast concrete - sewage systems such as rainwater drainage with courtyard inlets, gorges and cisterns, retention recesses and basins, - Installations such as bicycle hangers, removable bollards, seated concrete benches with wooden support, benches, bicycle roofing, bicycle boxes, waste containers, - Apply vegetation technology such as topsoil, lawns, tall logs with tree substrate, hedges, perennial beds, ground cover, - Completion maintenance - Demolition measures
