Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive services related to the preparation of publications and materials from the raw text stage to the final PDF file ready for printing or digital publication, including language editing, text preparation for composition, DTP composition, post-composition correction and revision, and graphic design. The contract was divided into two parts. The Contractor may submit an offer for one or both lots. Within each lot, the offer must cover the entire comprehensive range of services described in the relevant OIP; no offer covering only e.g. editorial staff or only DTP is allowed. A detailed description of the subject of the contract shall specify: for Part 1 – Annex 7A, for Part 2 – Annex 7B and the common accessibility and graphic design requirements – Annex 7C. The description of how the contract is to be performed is set out in the annexes to the FTZ – Draft Agreement. The contract for each part will be concluded separately. The contracting authority allows the volume distribution between individual groups of services within a given part to be changed in accordance with current needs, while maintaining the maximum value of the contract. The minimum guaranteed scope of performance in a given lot corresponds to 70% of the value of the basic contract of that lot. The values indicated in the price lists are estimates and serve to compare offers and individual settlements.
