PL-Olsztyn: shakers and accessories

(1)The subject matter of the contract is the supply to the Institute of Animal Breeding and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Olsztyn for the project ‘Nutrition and ambienttemperatureduringearly development canreducesusceptibility to obesity’ of a shaker with thermal regulation. 1. Technical parameters:
1. Speed range: 40 to 225 rpm,
2. Max payload: 4.5 kg,
3. Platform dimensions: up to 31 x 31 cm,
4. Inclination angle adjustment range: from 6 to 42°,
5. Execution of the platform: anodised aluminium,
6. An anti-slip platform ensuring the stability of flasks, bottles,
7. A microprocessor keyboard with a digital display allowing accurate tracking of settings,
8. Ability to adjust speed from delicate to vigorous mixing.
The contract covers the supply to the premises specified by the Contracting Authority of the equipment covered by the contract, together with the installation, and the provision of instructions to the Contracting Authority’s staff on the use, operation and basic maintenance/calibration of the tender price.
The technical specifications of the subject-matter of the contract (technical and operational limits) are set out in Annex 1 to the ToR.
Additional requirements related to the subject matter of the contract:
1. The duration of the guarantee must not be less than 12 months,
2. During the duration of the warranty, the Contractor will provide a free service of the equipment,
3. Maximum repair time of 21 days,
4. In the event of failure to repair the above-mentioned time limit, replacement of the defective unit of the appliance with a new one with parameters no worse than damaged, without additional charges,
5. Replacement of the equipment during the warranty period with a new one in the event of 3 failures preventing its full functional operation,
6. In the event of replacement of a defective device with a new component or replacement of a component, the warranty and service conditions resulting from the tender submitted will apply,
7. Transport of the equipment to and from the location of the guarantee service during the warranty period will be carried out at the Contractor’s expense and risk,
8. The contracting authority reserves the right to withdraw from the contract on the grounds of physical or legal defect of the equipment supplied,
9. The shaker supplied must have instructions for use in Polish and English.
