Description

MARKET DIALOGUE KÅRHAUGEN SHELTERED ACCOMMODATION FLATSKristiansund kommune needs several sheltered accommodation flats. The municipality has an outdated health building at Kårhaugen in Tenerife, but the municipality ́s financial situation makes it challenging to realise sheltered accommodations here, despite the project being assessed as good and necessary. The project is estimated to cost NOK 80 million including VAT for alterations to the actual residential units. The main committee for health and care has therefore asked the municipal director to carry out a market dialogue in order to assess the possibility of a public-private cooperation (OPS) in order to realise the project. The market dialogue will be a central process for mapping interest in the market, clarifying expectations and identifying possible challenges and systems connected to such cooperation. Is there an interest in such cooperation at Kårhaugen?
