Odbiór i zagospodarowanie wskazanych w dalszej części opisu przedmiotu zamówienia odpadów komunalnych niesegregowanych (zmieszanych) i segregowanych pochodzących z nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy położonych na terenie gminy Jakubów w sposób zgodny z przepisami ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach, ustawy o odpadach z dnia 14 grudnia 2012r., obowiązującym w trakcie trwania umowy Wojewódzkim Planem Gospodarki Odpadami dla Mazowsza, Rozporządzenia Ministra Środowiska w sprawie szczegółowego sposobu selektywnego zbierania wybranych frakcji odpadów oraz przepisami Regulaminu utrzymania czystości i porządku na terenie Gminy Jakubów a także innymi przepisami prawa ustawowego i miejscowego.
