Description

The Thuringiatherm was opened in 1998 and has been in operation for 21 years. In these years, she has maintained its place among the baths not only in northern Thuringia. It has around 250.000 bath guests per year.
Much of the technology is outdated. In addition, the building fabric, which was planned and constructed more than 20 years ago, is no longer state-of-the-art.
In order to implement the project, a competent planning team will be sought with a specific competence to deal with thermal and swimming pool buildings. Interdisciplinary cooperation between architects, engineers, structural planners and other designers is essential.
Part of the tendered-out planning service is the general designer service under HOAI 2021 with the plots of object planning pursuant to Sections 33 et seq., technical building equipment pursuant to Sections 53 et seq., structural planning pursuant to Section 49 et seq. and building energy pursuant to Annex 1, point 1.2.3.
