Description

Lot 1: RCA compulsory civil liability insurance services for damages caused to third parties by traffic accidents, for a maximum of 1346 motor vehicles and mopeds, policies valid for a period of 12 months, in accordance with the provisions of the specifications and its annexes. For Volkswagen-branded vehicles (Caddy and Crafter) in Annex 1B, insurance policies will be issued for 3-month intervals. The RCA policies will be renewed at the request of the insured for successive intervals of 3 months during the period of the contract. Lot 2: CASCO insurance services regarding damages caused by accidents caused by own fault for 1319 motor vehicles, policies valid for a period of 12 months, in accordance with the provisions of the specifications and the annex thereto. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.elicitatie.ro/pub). The number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 18 days. The contracting entity shall respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 11st day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The procuring entity will only respond to requests for clarifications made by economic operators by the deadline set. (in compliance with Art.173.1 of Law No 99/2016).
