The municipality of Sylt intends to centralize the administration at the site of the historic town hall. The centralization is to be implemented in several construction phases. In a first construction phase, a new building is to be built as an extension to an existing building. The 4-storey new building with an attic as a full floor is fully cellared. The main purpose of the KG is to house file archives. The upper floors are planned as two-flush floor plans with a central hallway through which the office space can be accessed.
